NINFAS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

NINFAS SHIPPING POLICY

 

It will take 1 business day to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.  Orders placed before 12 Noon CT, generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.

 

Shipping Rates:

The charges will be calculated and displayed after you enter your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of the shipping cost before you enter your credit card details and confirm your order. We ship through a variety of carriers to ensure safe, reliable, timely delivery.

 

SHIPPING DELIVERY:

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Please select the best method for your needs. All rates are determined by the carrier.

 Delivery times are based on the distance from our Chicago, IL warehouse.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. 

 

Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe the shipping provider will hold the package or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).

 

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide your street address for delivery. Exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed, and some rural or remote areas can take longer.

 

Correct Shipping Information

Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. Although we have systems in place to help standardize addresses, be sure to confirm that a suite, apartment or unit number if applicable is included. Incomplete address information (Main St. vs. Main Ave. vs. Main St. NW) can delay the delivery of your order. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays.  We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or misrouted due to incorrect information. 

 

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to “Express”. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. Standard & express shipping costs and any other third-party fees such as shipping insurance are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

 

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust UPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If the product you ordered is not available, NINFAS will contact you immediately by phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund.

 In the rare occurrence of a mistake or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.

 Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We unfortunately do not take responsibility if UPS, USPS, DHL or FEDEX delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Carriers are currently experiencing delays due to COVID and other conditions. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee time-sensitive orders at this time. Please allow a buffer of additional days when placing your order.

NINFAS is not responsible for taxes or customs duties charged by your country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

 

 NOTES:

  1. We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times and we cannot be held liable for the carrier's guarantees.

All of our shipments include a Tracking Number. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue.

We will NOT refund shipping charges if the carrier fails to meet the guaranteed shipping times. 

We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
